I have been motherless since August 15th,1984.
Now being a mom of two young daughters, I feel the need to write about what my mom meant to me. also, to provide comfort to others that we are not along.

I respect what you are doing here. I lost my own mom to alcoholism for almost 10 years, and although she didn’t die, it was as though she did and it was harder than I could ever explain. I hope you find peace, a special storage place for all of those wonderful memories, and lots of adventure with your girls. I will follow along here to see what you are up to 🙂
